What will i Learn?
The most important skill that we will be focusing on this course is improving your buoyancy control, and maintaining proper trim underwater.
We will also be visiting some new and exciting underwater environments through our Night dive and Deep dive. You will get to explore the underwater landscape with a dive torch, and experience what it feels like to be 30 metres below the surface!

CATAMARAN SEA TRANSFER
For our sea transfer between mainland Malaysia and Tioman, we travel on a comfortable and spacious catamaran! The design of the ferry cuts swiftly through the waves, providing us a stable ride even when the sea winds pick up.
COMFORTABLE DIVE RESORT
The beach resort and dive centre we dive with counts itself among the more luxurious stay options on the island. The dive centre is also conveniently integrated into the resort, that means you get to spend less time traveling, and more time diving!

Getting here & Duration of Stay
Getting here includes a 3-4 hour drive (dependent on causeway traffic) from Singapore and a 2.5 hours ferry ride.
It has been our home away from home since 2015, and definitely our favourite diving location which does not include flights to and from Singapore!
Our courses run a 3D2N itinerary, generally leaving on Saturday morning and returning to Singapore on Monday evening. This quick weekend getaway will allow you sufficient time to get your certification and explore the dive sites surrounding the island without having to spend too much of your precious annual leave.
What Will I See Underwater?
Pulau Tioman is Singapore's nearest dive location with pristine waters and exciting marine life.
Resident black-tip reef sharks are always a welcomed treat. Other common sightings include shy Blue-spotted Stingrays, mesmerizing Cuttlefish, curious Pufferfish, and plenty of unique nudibranchs to keep the avid underwater photographer busy for days!
Hopefully, with a little effort and some luck, you will get to see all the wonderful marine life that the sea has to offer. Please remember that these are wild animals with the freedom to roam the oceans, we are therefore unable to guarantee any sightings.
